The idea of Shams London Academy Private High School was conceived by Mr. Shams Khan, the Chairman of Shams Group International in 2004 after returning from London. Philosophy behind the idea was to contribute towards the development of Afghanistan and to facilitate children of the country with modern education and to train/groom them for taking a leading role as Nation Builders of tomorrow.
Moreover, the setup has provided direct employment to almost 1000 staff till date and the number will automatically increase with increase in number of academies. Furthermore, indirect employment in the form of contractors and suppliers is an added feature thus keeping the youth and general public away from negative tendencies and providing a positive path—that is the requirement of today’s Afghanistan. We are also proudly educating over 10,000 students till date & thousands of other students have been graduated from last 20 years.
